Thank you. Hello, everyone. Today is my first investor presentation and it's a pleasure to be here. I have met many of you over the past four months and I look forward to meeting more of you in the days ahead.
When you work in retirement and aged care in Australia, the new Zealand model of colocation is held up as being the best with Osia being the pioneer of the care suite model. It definitely feels the right like the right place for me to be over the past few years, Ocean has very much been in an expansionary phase focused on brownfield development. These developments are now completed or are nearing completion and this has resulted in high levels of unsold stock going forward. Our primary focus must be on these sales today
