Thank you Carlos and good afternoon to everyone. So as usual, a snapshot of our fleet as at the end of September 2024, 33 vessels, 33 product tankers, 21 MRS, 6 ones and 6 still young fleet. The average age of our own met vessels. It's nine years of age against an industry average of 13.4 years for Mars and 14.8 years for Ones 83% of our own met vessels
