Haitian Flavour Planning $1.5 Billion Hong Kong Listing

Haitian Flavour, one of China's largest seasoning producers, is reportedly considering a secondary listing in Hong Kong, aiming to raise at least $1.5 billion. The company, headquartered in Guangdong, is in discussions with advisors about the potential stock offering, which could take place in the first half of next year.

Haitian's shares, currently listed in Shanghai, have increased by nearly 20% this year, giving the company a market valuation of approximately $35 billion. Although discussions are ongoing, the exact amount to be raised will depend on market conditions. A representative for Haitian has yet to comment on the matter.
