Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to the CFE FIBRA E quarterly report corresponding to the second quarter of 2024. I would like to introduce the host of this investor call, Miguel Santiago Reyes Hernández, General Director of CFEnergia's and President of the Promoted Trust; Manuel Mújica, Head of the Strategy and Regulation unit of CFE transmission; Carmen Serdan Banda, General Director of CFE capital.
