Now after explaining the first quarter of financial summary, I'm going to explain our initiatives for the second quarter and beyond as well as what the new management team has in mind. Please turn to Page 3. In the first quarter, we achieved record highs in both operating revenue and operating income. We secured year-on-year increases in profits at all levels. We are progressing at a faster pace than planned against the figures announced for the first half of the fiscal year.

Operating income increased JPY1.4 billion from the previous year to JPY11.7 billion, achieving double digit growth. This profit growth was driven by the domestic mall business,
