Just start by talking about what you saw as the opportunity for Realtor when you took the role and some of the steps you've been making to seize that opportunity.

Yeah. Well, I mean, the first thing you come to realize about Realtor.com is the power of the brand that it represents. It's not often in your career that you get to be the custodian of a brand that's 108 years old, actually, Realtor. And of course, Realtor.com is the first of its kind, the first North American real estate portal, 26 years old this year.
