Hello, I'm Helen Mattie, and I responsible for the investor relations program of Murray Income Trust. I would like to extend a warm welcome to all participants of this online presentation. At the outset, I would remind shareholders that this presentation is in addition to and not in substitution of the Annual General Meeting of the company, which is due to be held in Glasgow on the November 7, 2023.
Details of the AGM are set out in the annual report, which has been sent to shareholders and is also available on our website. The Board have asked me to highlight that they recognize that not all shareholders are able or wish to attend the AGM. And they hope this online presentation is a useful addition to the ways in which the company communicates with its shareholders.
