Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us for the annual and special meeting of the shareholders of FLYHT Aerospace. We -- I want to thank everybody for taking the time to listen in today. What we'll be doing is going through the formal part of the meeting. And then we'll have an update from Alana on the first quarter and I think from me on where the business is and where we're going. We'll have questions and answers, and then we will have a farewell speech from Barry Eccleston. As everyone knows, Barry has decided retirement. He's been working all the time, and he's going to take some well-deserved time off. So we welcome any questions.
