Great. So we'll get started. John and Valerie, thanks for being here. Today, we're -- I'm having a discussion with John Di Bert, who's the new CFO of Air Canada, relatively new. We'll talk a little bit about John's background in a moment, and Valerie Durand, who's the Head of IR and Chief Sustainability, I'll call you officer.
