Let me also -- let me start by saying hello to some of my colleagues I see in the audience. How are you, Sam? Good to see you. Quite a few of us [speckled] around the industry today, I guess.
Okay. Well, listen, operating railroad, so let me start with some operating comments. I'm extremely, extremely pleased with the way the railroad is running today. We just recently went through a leadership transition. Robert Johnson retired. Mark Redd took over as EVP of Operations in September, and we haven't missed a beat. And that's not to say that Robert wasn't doing a phenomenal job, but a challenge to me, a challenge and a true measure of a leader is the legacy they leave
