So maybe just to kick things off and to level set for folks, you guys have been very successful at stabilizing the business over the last few years, and as we think about this past quarter, I think it was also pretty important, it was very strong organic growth quarter. I think the strongest since 2015. And so as you guys think about the next phase of value creation, how are you weighing some of the limitations with regards to your balance sheet
