Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us, and welcome to Berry Global's conference call and webcast regarding the company's proposed acquisition of RPC Group Plc. Today's announcement followed this morning's Rule 2.7 or firm offer announcement. Consistent with its obligations under the U.K. Takeover Code, which regulates today's announcement, our comments will conform to the rules and regulations of the panel and will align with the 2.7 announcement filed earlier this morning.
