Welcome to the Special Meeting of Stockholders of Tilray. Thank you for joining us today.
I'm Brendan Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer of the company. Joining me for today's virtual meeting is Dara Redler, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company; as well as [Christel Pauli], the inspector of election for this special meeting. I'd also like to introduce Alan Hambelton and Steve Tonsfeldt from Cooley LLP, legal counsel to Tilray, who're also in attendance virtually.
We are here to reconvene the special meeting originally called to order on April 16, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. I will now call the meeting back to order so that we may proceed with the special meeting.
