Let's start with the acquisition proposal announced today. As you will have seen in our announcement this morning, we've received a nonbinding indicative proposal from Coca-Cola European Partners, or CCEP as they're often referred to, for the acquisition of all of the issued shares held by independent shareholders of Amatil by way of a Scheme
