We'll get this started. Thank you for being here. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Manav Patnaik, Barclays' Business Services Analyst. I'm glad to have with us today Mark Kaye, the CFO of Moody's. It's been just about 10 months, I think, since he joined Moody's, so probably a new face to a lot of you guys. So maybe with that, can you just take a minute or 2 and just talk a little bit about your background, your bio and what brought you to Moody's?
