Sorry founder, founder, not father. I'm sure many of you already know Jeff but for those who don't know, Mr. Sprecher, he has overseen a pretty tremendous period of growth at ICE, taking it from effectively a small power exchange, I think he bought it for about $1 and turned it into a diversified financial services firm that -- with a market cap of north of $45 billion. That's come through organic and inorganic growth but now the company is a leading provider of exchanges, clearinghouses, listing venues and data services.
