Judging by the insider buying, this stock is the best thing since sliced bread. It’s a recent spin off from a bigger health care company. The stock is going down though. The earnings reports are optimistic, but I am not getting a vibe to justify the insider buying. Any opinions what’s happening?

Yes, its a spin-off. Its sold off quite a bit since its IPO. Insider buying is usually a good thing.
