tax loss harvesting? Or he thinks the recession is coming and will pick it up at tangible book value

I'd say it looks like tax loss harvesting after realizing his investment thesis was wrong. After all Operating Margin and Gross Margin trends are in a decline. Also there are more investment opportunities than there were since a year ago. I sold my small BABA holding several months back.
