So launching with a script, I'd like to simply begin by calling the meeting to order, asking Brian Willey if he'll serve as Secretary of the meeting. And I'm Joe Foran, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. I'd like to welcome the shareholders, guests, employees and friends who are in attendance today. I would also like to welcome those listening in via our live webcast.
