Thank you all for the invite and for your interest in Quantum-Si. So, I'll just start with -- this will include forward-looking statements as is under the meaning of Safe Harbor. So, this is an exciting time for Quantum-Si as we enable the next-generation protein sequencing. The company was founded by Dr. Jonathan Rothberg in 2013 and went public -- actually this is our anniversary. This is the date of our first anniversary. So, this is fantastic. We're celebrating it here with you.

And we went public through de-SPAC transaction. We have $435 million in cash as of Q1 2022. And we've -- over the course of the last several years, and especially accelerated in the last year -- amassed a very strong patent portfolio of over 900 patents, either issued or pending. We have two sites, one in Connecticut and one in San Diego, California. And we're launching the first next-generation protein sequencing ecosystem. And I'll tell you a little bit about that.
