Thank you, everyone, for joining us. I'm pleased to welcome to the stage, Michael Rapino, who is President and CEO of Live Nation, which, this year, will promote over 38,000 shows in 40 countries and deliver tickets to over 500 million fans through Ticketmaster.

You have this great slogan that every 16 minutes, there is a Live Nation Concert somewhere in the world. Underlying adjusted operating income has averaged 14% annual growth over the past 14 years, including our estimate for this year.
