Let's get started. My name is Amanda Scarnati. I am one of the semiconductor analysts here at Citi. I'm joined today by Yuval Wasserman, the CEO of Advanced Energy; and Paul Oldham, the CFO of Advanced Energy. We're going to start off with a presentation of where Advanced Energy is today, talking a little bit about their acquisition that they're working through.
